"Crises, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, create challenges and opportunities. In the face of the global pandemic educators, students, and institutions around the globe adjusted continuously to the ever-changing conditions of the pandemic. The emergency remote teaching and learning (ERLT) conditions of the pandemic highlighted inequities, created new inequities, and were a catalyst for innovation, adaptability, and flexibility.
